Terms & Conditions

  1. Pebbles Tanning Nails & Beauty will happily exchange any product, purchased from us, as long as you have the receipt and it is returned in re-saleable condition, within 7 days of purchase. Returned products must be unopened and undamaged. If the returned product is faulty or defective, we will offer an exchange or full refund.

  2. Pebbles Tanning Nails & Beauty offers a no refund policy, for services provided. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your treatment please contact us as soon as possible, within 3 days, so we can inspect our work. If the problem is due to a fault with our products or workmanship we will make every effort to rectify the problem, to your satisfaction, free of charge.

  3. Sunbed membership is free but your membership card cannot be shared with or transferred to any other person. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to use sunbeds and proof of age may be requested.

  4. Unless stated otherwise sunbed tanning courses are strictly valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase. They cannot be shared with or transferred to any other person and are non-refundable.

  5. Please try and give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Customers who repeatedly miss, cancel or reschedule appointments will be blocked from booking online and will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit before another appointment.

  6. We run a busy salon and often every appointment is taken. We cannot allow late arrivals to interfere with the start of the next customers’ appointment. Arriving late for your appointment will, at best, reduce your treatment time and at worst, lead to your appointment being cancelled or re-scheduled. We reserve the right to charge 50%, of the full treatment price if you are more than 15 minutes late and your appointment has to be cancelled or re-scheduled

  7. We reserve the right to request a 50% non-refundable deposit for appointments totaling £50 or more. This deposit must be paid at least 2 days before your appointment. Failure to produce this deposit could result in cancellation of your appointment.

  8. As part of our professional salon service and requirements of Health and Safety, we require a Customer Consultation Card to be completed, before any treatments at our salon. Any information kept on your Customer Record Cards is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security. Any personal information disclosed will never be passed on to a third party.

  9. As part of our professional salon service and Health and Safety requirements some of our treatments may need a Patch test, at least, 24 hours before your appointment.

  10. We reserve the right to refuse any treatment or service that we decide is not in the best interest of your health or well being.

  11. Men are required to wear underwear or swimwear for full body spray tanning, waxing and massage. Free disposable underwear is available, if preferred.

  12. Not all treatments are available to under 16’s and those that are will require a consent form to be completed by a parent or guardian. We also insist under 16’s are accompanied by an adult or guardian. Under no circumstances is anybody, under the age of 18, allowed into the sunbed cubicles.

  13. Please be aware that a salon is a very unsuitable and potentially dangerous place for children and it is strongly advised that you attend your appointment without them. Children may only attend if under strict supervision of an adult, who is not receiving a treatment. Pebbles Tanning Nails & Beauty will not supervise or be responsible for any children in the salon.

  14. Please be mindful and respectful to others in the salon, including staff. Please refrain from loud and/or offensive language. We reserve the right to refuse services and revoke memberships to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, rude or offensive.

  15. Please take care of your personal items and valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss.

  16. We reserve the right to change the prices and availability of our treatments, without any prior notice.

  17. Any treatment times shown, on our price lists etc, are for guidance only. They intend to indicate the total time for the appointment and not, just, the duration of the treatment.

  18. The cost for services provided must be paid in full, upon completion of your treatment.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift Vouchers from Pebbles Tanning Nails & Beauty are strictly valid for 6 calendar months from the date of purchase. They cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. If the cost of your visit to our salon is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash or another accepted payment method. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given.

  2. Our Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for goods and/or services from Pebbles Tanning Nails and Beauty. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, changes to our services provided, product stock and supply etc we cannot make any promises or guarantees that the goods or services we currently provided will be available in the future.

  3. Gift vouchers purchased online are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class post. We try to dispatch orders, placed before 2.00pm, within 24 hours (working days only) but please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Pebbles Tanning Nails & Beauty will not be liable for any delay in delivery or losses arising from such a delay.
